On top of being a pair of shoes you will actually like, and safer as they're not as worn, bowling shoes are a worthwhile investment as you can knock off the shoe hire fee most lanes put on. If you are a serious bowler bowling twice a week, you can pretty much recoup the price of your bowling shoes in a month or so.Bowling shoes will generally last you a lot longer than normal shoes, and come from a number of large brands such as AMF, Brunswick and Ebonite, as well as mainstream brands such as Reebok. As well as being a sound investment for a bowler, they also look a lot cooler on the lanes!
